I have personally used CUS ATMS countless times and never experienced a problem. When you say it happens all the time, what are we talking? once a night, once a week or once a month. If you are running the hotels I am suprised that CUS would suggest for you to contact the atm users bank. That sounds more like a possible response to an ATM user. The CUS business model relies on keeping merchants happy with having an atms on premises and I have heard the customer service is the industry benchmark? Further the convenience ATM system has been in use for a number of years now and transaction volumes in general have been slowly increasing. This doesnt appear to accord with an unreliable system. Not trying to rebuke your comments just trying to work out the factual basis. Look forward to your response.
