D ricardo,cant post personal info like that,however I will say that I have dealt with them as a customer also,having had money debited from my account twice in a couple of months(which the machine would not vend)and from different machines.I have never,ever heard of this happening before.They also had the temerity to charge me a fee,which they did not refund.Anyway,companies like Telstra get away with crap like that all the time,and they are a great investment...so what would I know?.
