    Jesus Christ ktastrphe read the past posts and get with the program. Yes there has been "hydro testing". But not the type of technique these guys are referring to. The type they are talking about is you test all or parts of the line by blanking off one end, the other end is pumped via a blank with a connection to a pump. The line is pressured to a pre determined PSI. If there is no leaks then the line has passed.

    No lines above ground are being tested like that. They are SERVICE tested. Meaning filling the circuit with water then turning on the plant pumps. If the circuit doesn't leak its passed. The correct term is SERVICE testing. Not hydro testing.

    Water source is ultimately from the bore fields. The water they are using for the commissioning is sourced from the holding pond east of the reagents area. Water use is minimal in respect to what will be getting used in production.
