Garmel, you may be correct in saying the Wincor machines are superior to the triton, their is different quality classes in everything we buy.
the NAB must have went for NCR machines after visiting CUS set up. they made their choice.
Now cashcard as you say have gone for Wincor and are getting out of NCR machines that NAB have made a choice to buy into.
i suppose its just like a car buyer trying to make up his/her mind whether to buy a holden , falcon, or toyota.
sometimes purchase price is the deciding factor.
But are triton "poor quality" machines as Elguido is claiming in his post ?.
i was told at the agm that triton are a good quality machine without being excessively expensive, and the CUS management appeared happy with their reliability.
