That's a recommendation rather than a prediction of performance like " no CG for decades" is.
I'm personally leaning in that direction too.
Having said that if you look at VAS which is the ASX 300, their top ten stock make up 42% of the fund.
Of their top 7 stocks 4 of them are the big 4 banks.
