IMO this JayPlus deal reeks and looks like it was cobbled together to get $TV2 back trading so big holders could exit on the FOMO. $ASX should NOT allow this to trade until the full extents of how €1.2m of the €3m deal announced to market was already promised to undisclosed entities! Shareholders should be demanding that the $ASX protect their interests by preventing a mass share dump by the 4 largest holders - BLUSKY, Cancun, Nick & Lind by enforcing an escrow period on any relisting agreement! GLTAH!
