I've been in the situation you guys are in at the moment. Its not fun I know. I've experienced board members not being entirely transparent and its caught me when its to late. Whether they are being insincere or are doing the best with the info they are getting is irrelevant.

The OZL announcements coming out were and are way off the mark. I was and am still in the position to know this so I want to tell the facts. You guys own the company. Your entitled to it.

I'm not getting on any soap box as Paul is insinuating. I don't mind helping. Just simply telling the facts as they are. But unfortunately these places are full of the Paul types that get personal and are so far off the mark. I mean listen to BWJ?????
