I also share your sentiment and am also keen on acquiring a decent position, but fear a capital raising may be just around the corner given all the market chatter (again mentioned in the AFR's Street Talk today).
Whilst I am bullish on oil at these levels and see WPL as the perfect exposure in this market, the greatest concern for me is the prudency (or otherwise) of management's current decision to finance over $2B of 2009 capex ($7.3B) via debt...
