Please see my post above dated 5 Jan 2009 for reasons why i think this is a disgrace.
I still think this options grab stinks!

Unfortunately, one of the recipients of the options grabfest is the Chairman, Patten.
Guess where he hails from?
QGC !
So, if QGC, Elphinstone and Bryan vote in favour of this greedy grab for the wealth of VPE, then the resolutions will pass.

BUT - it is important for we small s/h to impress on the Board that we are disgusted and totally opposed to this greed. We all need to make sure we vote against these resolutions, plus we should ALL write to Chairman and let him know we are not impressed !!!

PS - if the Board is clamouring to grab "almost in-the-money" options, YOU CAN BET THAT THERE IS A TAKEOVER COMING !!!!!!!!
