Not really. Asthmatics are advised against using nurofen, but asthmatics are treated with anti inflammatory inhalers because it is the lungs that needs the treatment. Covid effects the respiratory system. Not all anti inflamatory medication will treat the same type of inflammation. I have asthma don't use Nurofen for that reason.
