p.s once you import your payment instructions in the share registry you can just kick back and the divs will show up in your elected bank account on the payment date. Companies also send out dividend distribution letters. If you have not given direction on the share registery correct me if i'm wrong anyone but i remember receiving checks in the mail. I haven't had that in a while because i usually update payment instructions for all my stocks.
