    No idea why offtake agreements are all that important here. Is there any suggestion that sales of SOP would be an issue? Are the offtake agreements binding? Have they locked in a price? Or is it just part of the marketing bumpf?
    These questions would be equally relevant for all the SOP hopefuls.
