TB and the other Directors have each taken the maximum allotted amount of SPP that they can.

This is shown in their Announcement. Shows great support in KRR from them!

The Options to Placement Holders [only] were to the Sophs who bought the $2 Mil placement. They get 1 FRE Option for every 2 Shares just like us.

TB also put a Notice out showing his [personal] holdings shares increasing and the required Notice of a change in his holdings and percentage.
Dilution has bought his overall percentage back a bit while his total shares has climbed significantly.

All good! Shows commitment & belief in KRR and its future by our BoD.

Except for that 13+ Mil shares being dumped immediately. Any ideas anyone? Dammed bastard for doing that instead of "feeding" the market slowly.
