Be that as it may, unless there is a solid profit upgrade along with other positive developments (e.g. higher gross margin or new clients/ markedly increased revenue from China), I am expecting buy the rumour sell the news.
I would love for this run to continue but barring any unforeseen announcements, the SP is due for a retracement. The SP had a similar run up a year ago as well. I have already trimmed down to 10% but I am tempted to trim down again. I'm a believer in the company but the PE ratio is getting out of hand. Even at $100m NPAT, we are trading at a PE above 50. Its not completely unjustifiable but if the result is anything short of impressive, the morning will be a great opportunity to reduce exposure imo.
