In answer to your questions.....

1. No they say. Amazing that they did not ring around to see who was buying.

2. Most likely... can spots be changed?

3. Not until he decides to travel to Chile. Nothing to say as yet as nothing is happening.

4.Yes they have a few dollars left to pay directors for a few months. They have no staff on payroll.

5. Litigation costs may be covered by a no win no pay clause.

6.Unlikely to obtain bank funds. Noone was prepared to advance money late last year.

7.Maybe if they make advance payments. Besalco experience of not paying bills on time would count against them.

8.I think that he is still in the background.

9. Highly unlikely


A capital raising at 2c ... if someone is prepared to underwrite ...may be on the cards soon. Will help pay director fees until next AGM ... if there will be one.
