I agree with Tomisdc completely. The attraction for me, is not so much the cashflow coming to shareholders from Tick Hill next year.

More so , the following.

a - putting that money back into the ground , both to find the mysterious fault offset at TH, and also , the Strelley project. Of course, with that much free cashflow, we dont have to raise any capital to get drilling, which means no dilution. Those factors are a big plus for me.

b - the very small number of shares on issue, is a big big positive. Massive.
100 mill shares ,,,, is that a joke. I have a good holding in another developing gold story, that prior to its 1 for 10 consolidation earlier this year, had 5.5 billion, yes BILLION, shares on issue. Now i know every story is different, and hence, so is each companies capital structure, but at 100 million soi, the metrics for upside here appear ridiculously good.

IF and i understand it is IF, we get lucky on the drill bit, ( and with $20 mill falling into our tin next year, we will give ourselves every chance ) with such a small number of shares on issue, then BINGO, hold onto your hats.

So my take on this at present, is sp current value could easily be 30 c, permits and approvals for TH and a toll deal, might get us to 35 / 40, then once we start digging the dirt at TH, possibly nudging 50. For me, thats when the fun will start, and we go drilling with money from our own tin.

This is literally the best/nicest thread on Hotcopper. I agree with Fyfee & Tomisdc too. We all need to work together - share opinions, debate them and hold management to account.
