I admire your optimism and I’ll be happy if you are right, but even as you saying “not EVERYONE is in this situation” - where and how will people travel if:
International borders are closed and as Qantas sad, they will not fly by mid next year internationally...
Even interstate borders are closed at least by December...you can not fly or drive interstate...?
To go picnic in your own state, you don’t need to book trough travel agency...?
