Its actually quite a conundrum that one invests in a company and the only thing that values that company is the SP.Now thats allright if it maintains its SP or rises but then who looks the billygoat when the SP plummets because they dont actually really have anything real that might make them some dough.The poor buggers that bought the stock in the first place.

When these guys list they should have to raise enough capital to fund what they're going to do as well as maintain a fund that bolsters the SP and can be drawn down on if the company folds to pay back those that took the risk in the first place.Then they'd have to work harder to convince the market to get enough cash together.

The only way they could place shares is if they were turning a decent profit and a governing body OK'd the placement on the basis of performance.

Too tough for em.They simply dont get a showing.

Trouble is stock holders dont have enough tools at their disposal to make these idiots accountable.By simply dropping the SP by selling your holding is hardly a constructive method of making these guys get motivated.You pretty much just Pssing it into the wind.They dont give a shyte
