I'm not sure directors can trade with material knowledge. I'd be very surprised to see announcements follow director trading. I don't know the exact rules or blackout windows, but directors buying on market is either bullish or desperation (but gee those directors that bought up in the Covid slump are laughing!). With IBX I'd say bullish and just waiting for HREC and confirmation of trials.
