IMO gotta get these at the end of the day following the spike. That way you can judge the strength of the sell down if there is one. Today was heavy as in more than avg so probably didnt support yesterdays spike. Also mostly illiquid so you have to expect days of no action...
That buyer bought at around 15c so might head back to that. But still that buyer bought for a reason.
