Thanks Fareki I bought 2 bottles of FIJ KAVA today from Coles but I felt guilty because it was on sale at half price $15 each. They didn't make much out of me at that price point.
Interestingly I could only get one bottle of the noble Kava as it was almost sold out.
Plenty of the other bottles so I bought the calm as well.
I'll compare notes with you once I have been on it for a week or so.
Do you mix the noble and calm?
I was going to just take the calm for a start.
