There a link to T&C's Refer to article 3.2 then Article 6 - clearly states debt will be handed over (There very clever with there wording.. also here's someones tweet.) Cant Confirm its Authenticity but thats the catalysts for me to read the T&C's Earlier this week.

Its not a bad thing by the way... its a smart way to operate for now, but it would reduce EBTDA and cause profitability issues in the long term Ill be looking at there books this year in great detail. Very interested in this years results!!
