Whilst I have concerns also, I'm positive the NASDAQ will occur as is the best possible result for the BOD and all shareholders. It's also reassuring to have Regal on board. They have the ability to pursue the BOD if anything shifty was to occur. I wouldn't expect any updates whilst things are private but at the same time I wouldn't expect us to be private for longer than a month. The BOD will be keen to cash in on the COVID/ Tech Rally/ overall market rally of late.
My faith with the board is slim, but I'm also aware that their best interests are also my best interests. I'll be looking to exit at an equivalent of 20c AUD which I hope will be easily achieved through this IPO.
