    The SP does not affect your ownership in the company. If you own 1% of the company at $10 a share you also own 1% of the company at $0.01 a share.

    If that happened you'd hold your shares and sell when the company is appropriately valued on the NASDAQ.

    If this company became worthless (based on the information we have now) then the ASX is broken. This company is not worthless. Far from it.
