I am a bit surprised at the falling ROC. With their Guinea drilling starting in another month I would have thought that the run up should have started by now. I suppose the size of the issue recent coupled with the abandonment of the first hole and the discovery of thick oil in the 2nd hole in their China block has impacted ROC like it has the other participants.
Those wanting to get into Mauritania buy HDR, ROC is an afterthought.
