I think this ann. is meaningless, maybe just to pay respect to the ASX?
They have, did mention about D2E on the 4th of Dec, D2E means dilution, which means neg impact on SP, however SP jumped from $0.25 to $0.57, and close at $0.39, after a few days the market reckon she is only worth $0.15 and stayed that way, that $0.15 price was based on BNB may not be able to come up with a survival plan and D2E was already factored in it.
So, if we look at it from that point of view, after the 12th Jan, only two outcomes, 1 would be BNB belly up,
2 the SP has to be better than $0.15
I can't see today's news being price sensitive, it is the same thing from yesterday and 4th of Dec.
I think the most we will lose on this bet is 50% but with 100 maybe 200% upside.
