What a joke, US$0.01/share dividend. Thankfully I hold an IO miner GRR which pays 13%, a $300 million company at 26c share that pays more than S32.
What a joke, I thought it would be bad, but not this bad.
Hillside will be in a real hole when Eskom re-negotiates the power deal, the only reason Hillside made a sight profit was that the LME Al is linked to the power price. With a 15% power price increase this will make Hillside unprofitable like the Mozal smelter.
The Metalloys smelter is an even bigger joke, costs US$1,364/tonne to produce and they sell for US$909/tonne. Great business
