Revenue increased from 0.893 --> 27.440. An increase of 26.547 m
Cost increase only from 1.675m to 6.417m. Increase of 4.742m.
Revenue is 5.5x increase of cost
Further look into where the costs went.
Employees - quite an obvious one given the increase in scale. But seriously, how LEAN is this business. 1.77M for 6 months? Lets say an AVERAGE salary of 70K per year per employee. Divide $1.77M by 35k (half year average salary). Thats 50 employees!! For a company making 38m revenue!
The other major increase was Selling/Distribution Expenses. Im guessing this is going to distributing the product (shipping etc) and also some costs when Paul and his sales team visits other countries etc.
