In this case they do not have a choice. You have to be a registered 709 investor (sophisticated) because they are being sold without a prospectus which you cannot do by law to small investors. I expect they will offer the shares at a 15% discount to market. It will make it hard for them unless a major puts their hand up, then we have to hope they dont dump otherwise good bye rally. Norm
