It would be foolish for LYC to do anything at all with Malawi in the current financial times.
100% of the companies effort should be devoted to getting Mt Weld up and running on time and budget. Very hard to do in the best or worst of times for so many, many companies.
Anything apart from Mt Weld is a shot in the foot for LYC management, IMO.
