But I will add that it is likely that the Discount Bank were waiting for Fluence and the IC govt to do their parts first... and then it gets tabled with ASHRA and then finally the Discount Bank.
one thing working toward this project being signed off is that cost of funding is very cheap at the moment to those who can get it... the central banks have done a great job keeping these markets liquid.
lower quality debt is being rejected, but with ASHRa backing this project- I would put my moneys on the Discount Bank rubber stamping this sooner rather than later.
I’m leaning toward a buy at these prices... if IC does come through we will be back in the 40’s and if China shows progress.. then we will be back on track!
