I think you will find that some shareholders who took up the SPP did so because they knew it was easy quick money. They knew that they were getting some free options so they decided to buy and then sell their shares and now have some free options sitting in their port folio.

Those that are selling their options today are giving them away in my opinion given they will be alive for almost 2 years . I reckon they are very good buying at these current levels because I believe the share price will be going higher in the next couple of months.

But understand, the reason that some shareholders bought into the SPP was to make a quick buck . This might help to explain to you why there is selling at these levels.
