If you can find the reference post where you think I said that, I can put you straight.
Otherwise forget all that stuff about chimps and mothers and social theories and think about the mystery of why only Humans have the added intellectual function. Nothing to do with brain size per se ... it's an order of magnitude difference in brain function.
You might also speculate why in so many cases, particularly on HC this added function is not used !
