What an amazing result you have achieved. Gota be happy with that. I have sold a house, borrowed on my land to buy shares in FMG in my personal name, and I also have maxed my TBC in my SMSF. I am a very small fish by comparison, but CGT and personal income tax is considerable. Just wondering if you bought the shares in your personal name, a SMSF, trust, company, or some other mechanism. I am currently looking at different options. Any comments would be very much appreciated.
