I have since read RAKS CV and she is certainly well placed to represent all shareholders on the CVI board.

As an adjunct to my suggestion there is also the need for "the will" to want to do this task and handle the involvement that would go with it.

I would much rather have someone who has "the will" for it to succeed than some person who is placed there in a passive roll.

If the appointment goes ahead as the consortium plans, I hope she is not overloaded with needless questions, as I am assuming she has an ongoing business to run.

Dont forget a "Plan B"...
