seriously mmex and blondmatter ,sorry graymatter . you guys have proven your intelligence with your donations to the various owners of the dying chm ,you are so touchy,you cant see that we are only stirring you ,as aussies do ,after all we a re all investors ,and if by some miracle chm did get to court and did get some payout ,we mmx clubbers will have to eat crow. but again I ask ,IS CHM solvent and is ASIC asking them ,also the ASX must have some serous doubts ,why dont you chm clubbers comment on this
