I think the only stuff up is the Takeover panel stupid logic - the bidder is made of straw. The only money they have is going to their lawyers . if the bidder was dinkum, they would have bought a large stake on market prior to takeover bid - instead they hide behind lawyers and have had no real hurt money in the market prior to takeover
