just re weighting of there portfolio. As the share price keeps going much higher they have to re weight there portfolio. Manager's in most cases cannot just let thing get too over weighted in there portfolio. If they thought it was just a temporary movement they might hold off but there view is the opposite. They have to follow there risk management guidelines.
