strike price of oppies has little impact on dilution imo
although one could say that the lower the strike the more likely they are to be converted into fpo
Expiry date is of no relevance as oppies can be converted at any time.
It is probably wise when trying to determine the dilutary effect of an oppie issue to assume that all will be converted
