So we are assuming its half a cent and not 4.8 cents per share (rounded).
My trading software uses the decimal .48 to mean 4.8 cents. The current value is shown as .048 (meaning half a cent). The announcment reads .48 which could be nearer 5 cents.
Highly unlikey Im sure, given who we're dealing with here, but just wanted to clarify this and make sense of the cents ;o)
