Anecdotally, not many people have read or know about the simplification plan but know all about the trouble Vale have had with Goro and think NCZ are going to try and fix the processing plant, not pull it down. We've already had 4-5 come in here.
They might be targeting for whatever reason a small window between the ending of the 45 day exclusivity period and the next Quarterly Activities report. In which, I'm expecting them to forecast for the current financial year a FCF of ~$100m giving NCZ a PE Ratio of 1 which is unheard of. IGO for example is 15.4.
