Been lurking here for a while, thought the comments around parking fees were over the top (still think board resignation call is ott). Interestingly, I was looking at the Westfield app (that seems to have issues also). The main reason people have downloaded it is to get 4 hours free parking. Apparently the centres reduced the free parking from 3 hours to 2 with very little warning, leaving a lot of disgruntled shoppers. The fact that the app is glitchy and invasive (requiring location data, number plate, email, etc) is also leaving shoppers unhappy. All written reviews (bar 2) were scathing, 2.5 stars out of 5.
Very long term holder here and will continue to be, increasing holdings through trading, just for info
