I think the most interesting thing to come out of the report is clarification on who is going to hold large chunks of the combined entity.

I knew Crazy John was involved but had no idea he was such a large holder in PTL.

The directors by themselves will control 83% of the merged entity. Thats right 83%!!!

This stock will be tighter than a ducks arse.

No wonder volumes have dropped off

All the new directors are from the big end of town.

Happy to ride this one out.
