Exactly. If you can't satisfy ASIC and ASX you shouldn't be in business. Simple stuff with any regulatory agency. ASIC and ASX will roll out their procedures in the courts, all by the book (and Laws) no doubt. The courts should expedite the matters to clear up any market concerns.
