Hoping to get further clarification on the NASDAQ listing structure. As I understand there are three NASDAQ market tiers: Global Select, Global and NASDAQ Capital. From your worked example above, are you implying that G Med will try to satisfy the financial and liquidity requirements for the NASDAQ Global Tier, whereby we would look to qualify under both the income and equity standard? If this is the case, where did you find out about the minimum NASDAQ market capitalisation of $150m USD? Keen to hear your thoughts on this.
I note that if the company was to qualify under the market value standard, they must meet the $75 million Market Value of Listed Securities and the $4 bid price requirement for 90 consecutive trading days before applying. The Global Select Tier is stringent.
