If your chasing quality oysters and mussels,make friends with a maori.They have good connections.If your in Perth try catalano's "Seafood Secrets" @ Garden City,Galleria or Joondalup.They also sell retail from their premises in Embleton,just off Collier rd.
Any IGA that has a fresh seafood outlet(note,not all)are great value and usually have a good selection.Steer clear of woolies and coles,they are expensive and its all imported frozen stuff.
