Can you confirm how Freedom Foods compares to Keytone? Do you actually know anything about the Company other than the fact that it also sells food?
Do you know what percentage of revenue is made up from Keytone selling its own products as compared to producing for others?
Given Freedom Foods took a massive $60m inventory wrote down earlier this year do you understand that Keytone bears much less risk when it comes to inventory obsolescence as many of its products are made to order?
Do you understand the markets to which Keytone’s products are sold and the impact of COVID-19 on consumers in these markets buying more premium products you which both brands were pitched?
