Adding to the best guesses, based on NXS info from Dec. 2007, and Libra reports:
It is obvious (even with positive results) NXS SP is not moving to its true value until the Farm-Out sale is completed.
I am expecting an Announcement by the February...
The waiting is the distraction ...
