    Now they say that the mode of transmission is aerosol. This means virus can spread easily.
    What's strange is that our leaders are obsessed with preventing the spread. Not single person has
    encourage the public to strengthen their immunity.
    If your immunity is strong you may not acquire the virus or if you do your symptoms will potentially be mild..
    Not an advice. But I'd like to share some ideas from experience:

    IMMUNITY:
    1. Get enough rest. Sleep well.
    2. Exercise at least 5 days a week.
    3. Drink plenty of water(it's about helping the immune system and the body as a whole. Someone said water washes out the virus, which is wrong).
    4. Eat healthy.
    5. An immunity cocktail(works IMO). crush ginger, turmeric,, lemon, orange and garlic. Then leave it in hot water for 20-30 minutes.
    Add honey for taste.
    6. Avoid stress(our immunity gets weaker when we are stressed).
    - avoid fearmongers, media, etc.
    - I suspected a mental health crisis due to the virus, fearmongers and isolation. Unfortunately it's happening.
    - Speak to your friends on the phone often. Contact your elderly family members often.
    - Surround yourselves with positive people. Help someone.
    - Be strong. Be hopeful. We will overcome this. It's temporary.

    7. Spend some time outdoors(?backyard)
    8. Get your vitamin D checked. Take vitamin C and also D(especially if you're dark skinned).
    I don't believe in multivitamins. I prefer food. But that's another option.
    If you have chronic stress there are stress formulas available(mainly B-vitamins)
    9. Avoid day trading and holding losers(lol).
    10. Get the flu shot(to avoid fighting 2 bad viruses at a time).

    PREVENTION:
    1. Follow the health advice(distancing, mask,. washing hands etc)..
    2. When it's warm open 2 doors/windows when you can. Air circulation is important to avoid aerosol related spread.
    3. Avoid indoor meetups.

    May sound like too much. But most of it is lifestyle related stuff anyway.
