I think this might already be answered but I'll ask anyway.
To hedge risk of closing early vs waiting out as SP might drop below 1.3... can we do 2x BPAY payments... one now, then another closer to close date? At least then I'm in the game if they close early, but prefer to wait out as SP may drop?
